Find It Games Warranty
What Up Toys & Games Inc. dba Find It® Games believes very strongly in product testing and manufacturing industry compliance. We meet or exceed all CPSIA regulatory guidelines. Defects are quite rare; however, especially with our hand assembled products we take all concerns and issues into consideration.
What Up Toys & Games Inc. dba Find It Games products carry a 1-year full warranty from manufacturer's defect. If you have any problem with your product within 1 year from the date of purchase, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@finditgames.com with any concerns – provide your type of game, model number, images (showing damage or defect) along with your name and contact information and proof of purchase receipt. Prior written approval is necessary before returning any products or providing replacements. You will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Shipping Carriers
We ship Fed-Ex Ground, UPS and USPS to all destinations in the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Due to the continual rise in shipping charges, shipping games outside the USA is on a case by case basis. Orders generally ship within 2-3 days of order date from Abilene, TX.
**NOTE: Please keep in mind that transit times are estimated and during higher volume shipping times of year (I.e. holidays and Christmas). There often can be delays. Please plan accordingly.

Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect all packages promptly upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within five (5) days. If an item is damaged during shipment DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE. This incurs double shipping costs. Save all packing materials and contact us immediately. at customerservice@finditgames.com.
Holiday Ordering
Please follow the ordering dates listed below to allow for shipping by December 24. Shipping options apply to in-stock merchandise delivered to a physical address within the continental United States. Adjust appropriately for your location or destination issues.
- December 19th - Last day to order in order to receive by December 24th with standard Fed-Ex ground shipping. (Please note we cannot guarantee nor be liable for deliveries delivered after the estimated anticipated date.) Please call if you need expedited shipping.
